revolut passcode not working on new phone

The app asked for my phone number and all the other data required to make a new account. I don’t blame the support agents - their hands were tied. Not necessarily, but having the old phone inline you’ll get push notification about logging in from another phone. It seems to be working now, but there’s still no option to pick whether you do the reset via e-mail, security questions or the stupid selfie, and if you get one of the security questions wrong (usually the second is the value of the last topup) you have to wait another 24 hours. It’s not common that we forgot a 4 digit code, but changing to a new iphone and trying to use the “forgot code” function yields a blank screen! Upgrading the phone software, uninstalling and again installing the Revolut app helped, so I’m using it now on the new cell phone. I’m having exactly the same problem. Going round in a loop probably locked pin, re-installed the app same problem.

My fingerprint is not recognised, my password as well and i cannot change it due to lock down. My husband has the app so he used chat to ask for help - a bot reply - live agent sent a standard response telling us to check out YouTube videos and FAQs.

Hi I have same issue. I cannot reset my password in the app and the app is blocked, I cannot access it. Joined this community last night and perhaps posted in the wrong place but the title was correct: Reset my Passcode - no reply. To be honest, I cannot remember if I added the cards after switching phones or when I installed the app on my secondary/travel phone. It’s really shocking how many people seem not being able to remember a simple four digit code or at least write it down. New phone same number & app won’t accept passcode. I finally managed to get the chat to work after that and reinstalling again, and it sounds like something was seriously wrong with the passcode reset function.
