It is an important life skill to allow these girls to approach a coach about any problem and be able to resolve it. Some of the values I associate with this are hard work, being a good teammate, a sense of pride, and having a learning mindset. I have a lot of teaching and mentoring experience and I hope to help those around me learn to enjoy the game of volleyball as much as I do.
